Mission Statement:
There Is Hope With Help is a non-profit, mentoring organization serving the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. Established in 2005, this community based organization offers recreational, cultural, educational and social services activities that enhance the quality of the youth participants' lives and empowers them to maximize their potential.
By providing a variety of activities and community enriching programs, There Is Hope With Help will improve the living experiences of its participants and strengthen the family and community. Through adult to youth mentoring, there is a direct connection that is needed to broaden a young mind. The ability to demonstrate positive core values and reinforce positve relationships to our youth is the goal we strive to attain.
Program Design:
There Is Hope With Help addresses an array of concerns challenging today's youth. Components of the program include interpersonal and social skills developement, behavior support systems, family and educational activites focusing on youth developement.
Exposing our youth to positive experiences increases a bond with their community, improves decision-making capabilities, develops leadership skills, provides maturity training and establishes a positive value of self worth needed by every future leader involved in our program.
Please note: As with all community programs, We need community support and participation to help us succeed. As the name implies, getting your help is our design. Our youth will succeed if we help them to let their creativity flow!
